What is drying equipment?

Drying equipment has water remover drying furnace and heating furnace to dry water on the surface of coated material and dry coated paint (liquid, power coating) respectively.
Heat sources include vapor, electricity, gas and diesel. Various structured drying furnace including tunnel and sealed on can be chosen according to the type of heat source and exchange methods.

Type of drying equipment

Drying equipments can be classified into two main categories according to the type of heat exchange.

* Direct Heat Circulation : this method mixes combustion gas such as diesel and gas with air to be absorbed into circulation fan and supplied into drying furnace through heat duct.

* Indirect Heat Circulation : this method supplies atmosphere heat, which has been heated in combustion chamber through heat-exchange equipment, to drying furnace through circulation fan.
