What is liquid coating facility?

Liquid coating facility is a coating equipment for finishing of various products by eliminating paint, dust and scavenging of mote. In doing so, appropriate airing facility for spraying paints to prevent ignition and explosion of the paint which is harmful for body.

Type of liquid coating facility

Liquid coating facility, generally, is classified into Drying and Wet corrosion types.

* Drying Coating Facility: Drying type is used for small-sized coating. The sprayed paint mist needs to be equipped with filter (paper or nonwoven fabric) to prevent scattering for precipitation through exhaust system such as A/C Tower by using water scrubber through lower part duct.

* Wet Coating Facility : Wet type is used coating for mass production. This methods contact over sprayed paint with venturi by using water mist to for impounding into eliminator for precipitation through A/C Tower exhaust system.
