Abstract

TS-100 conveyor is a conveyor used for preventing foreign substance and for clean line. Existing TROLLEY C/V creates lots of oil and various other foreign substances therefore leads to defects on coated material. Further, conveyor does not last long due to high level of load in line caused by friction factor.

However, TS-100 C/V is an alternative one for L-3, L-5, NZ75, TH050 which transport 70kg at maximum and supplies vast amount of oil therefore rail home towards upward therefore does not spill oil. Further, various foreign substances do not fall and own load is less than half those of NZ75. Especially, this moves through chain pipe and has lond roller distance therefore generates less friction. Finally, Chain B/R is full ball type therefore rolls well and the durability is over twice of that of existing trolley chain.

This facility has been used as the alternative of NZ 75 in 2000Mm line and Braun tube transportation lines. Further, this can be useful for meat processing line, clean product coating line and do not cause coating defect and foreign substance.
